Eric has provided consulting and training services to human service organizations and employment and training entities throughout the nation.  Eric has also served as a faculty member at Ball State University in the Computer Science Department and is a certified Zenger-Miller® facilitator.

Eric has worked with numerous nonprofit and for-profit entities, assisting with the establishment and operation of training and employee development programs in more than 11 states. Eric has also worked with entities (public and private) develop models for technology training and development programs in order to connect to individual market segments. Previously, Eric was a District Manager in the competitive retail pharmaceutical industry and was responsible for operations, distribution, and acquisitions.

Eric has repeatedly demonstrated himself as a successful grant writer, securing millions of dollars in funds for numerous organizations, both public and private. He holds degrees from Ball State University.
