Residential and commercial customers (for-profit and nonprofit) are treated differently, because they are very different by nature. For some items/services, you will see a price listed. For others, we need more information in order to give you a quote. Thanks for understanding that at the core of our business is a custom approach to solving nearly every computer-related problem.

In general, our hourly rates vary from $50/hour to $95/hour. The hourly rate is determined, in part, by the nature of the task at hand, an estimate of the amount of time required to complete the task, and the level of technician required to complete the task.

There are certain services we offer at a flat rate (for example, a Network Security Audit or Computer Pit Stop) regardless of how much time it takes to complete.  In addition, we don't charge our customers for reasonable drive times (if we feel we need to, you will be notified in advance).

Longer term service agreements are also available at a substantial discount.
